Over the past 15 years, Will has worked closely with students of all ages, nationalities, and abilities. Will views each student’s educational journey as a unique and exciting opportunity to attain one’s life goals. Will officially became the Director for Early College Programs (KAMS/AMS) in March 2020.

He previously served as the Interim Director in 2019. Prior to accepting the Director position for Early College Programs, Will was Assistant Director of Student Services and Academic Advising for the Kansas Academy of Mathematics and Science (KAMS) for a total of 4 years. Will received both his Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and Masters of Science in School Counseling from Fort Hays State University.
