Kelly Espy has built her career in the world of small boarding schools and private liberal

Currently serving as the Director of Admissions at the prestigious Saint James School in Maryland, she plays a key role in shaping the school’s enrollment vision.
In addition to her work at Saint James, Ms. Espy is the Vice-Chair of the Boarding School Consortium, a prominent network of leading U.S. boarding schools.

In this role, she helps foster collaboration, best practices, and innovation across member institutions.
